Стоимость организационного сопровождения — в среднем 10% от бюджета. Организатор ведёт проект от начала до конца: формирует команду, управляет коммуникациями, контролирует бюджет, тайминги и качество. Иногда работа длится не один месяц — это самая масштабная и ответственная часть подготовки.
Нет. Мы подбираем специалистов, максимально подходящих под задачи и формат вашего мероприятия, учитывая профессионализм, репутацию, ответственность и пунктуальность. Их стиль должен сочетаться с вкусом клиента. Новые имена приветствуются, если их работа соответствует нашим критериям качества.
Мы работаем с разными бюджетами, но честно говорим «нет», если ожидания и бюджет не совпадают. Например, корпоратив на 50 человек с банкетом, ведущим, кавер-группой, диджеем и фотографом за 200 000 ₽ организовать качественно невозможно. Нам важно создавать профессиональные и стильные события.
Да, мы работаем официально и предоставляем все документы. Если услуги независимых подрядчиков оплачиваются через агентство, к их стоимости добавляется 12% — комиссия за организацию и сопровождение.
Мы базируемся во Владимире и отлично знаем локальный рынок ивент-услуг. При этом реализуем проекты по всей России, находя надёжных подрядчиков и партнёров в других городах для качественного проведения мероприятий любой сложности. Если проект интересный — география для нас не ограничение.
Нам важнее быть в проектах, а не в кабинете. Мы работаем онлайн и на площадках — там, где создаются события.
